Salut, Oui j en ai temoin car de 15/10 au 16/10 souvent 18/11, ce matin je jouis d'une parfaite santé avec les chiffres suivants : 12/8 et 12/8 avec un âge de 62 ans. Merci il faut toujours essayer car ça peut dépendre aussi de l'organisme et de votre consommation et alimentation.
